Content Creator Specialist (B2B Software)
The Content Creator Specialist is responsible for planning, producing, and managing high-quality content that builds credibility, trust, and demand for B2B software products (ERP, HRIS, POS). This role focuses on creating educational, insight-driven, and conversion-oriented content for decision makers such as Business Owners, Directors, Heads of Operations, HR, Finance, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
Develop content ideas and narratives (end-to-end) based on product positioning, business pain points, and the customer journey
Paham soal (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU). (nice to have)
Create content for multiple channels, including:
LinkedIn, Website/Blog, Landing Pages, Email Campaigns, Sales Materials, and Digital Ads.
Produce educational and value-driven content such as:
Industry insights and trends
Use cases and workflow explanations
Problem and solution narratives
Product value propositions
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business strategy and sales objectives.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality.
Paham konten pillar, content management (nice to have).
Optimize content based on performance metrics (engagement, CTR, lead quality), not just vanity metrics.
Translate complex topics (systems, processes, ERP workflows) into clear, concise, and market-friendly content.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Marketing Specialist, or Copywriter (B2B or SaaS experience is a strong plus).
Strong ability to write problem-driven content, not purely promotional copy.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer personas.
Able to execute content based on clear briefs, objectives, and messaging frameworks.
Comfortable working with technical or system-related topics (ERP, HRIS, automation, workflows).
Preferred / Plus Qualifications
Experience in
software, SaaS, ERP, HRIS, or technology consulting
industry
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, or CMS platforms.
