Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to coordinate and deliver exceptional customer service.

Actively monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to expand business with key clients.

Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on account activities and progress.

Request rates to agent.

Monitor shipment from point-of-loading (POL) until entry into the customer's warehouse.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a key account management or client relationship role within the forwarding or logistics industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.

Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the shipping/logistics sector.
