Junior Lab Indonesia is looking for a
proactive, approachable, and empathetic
candidate to join our team. The main point is handling parents and ensuring a smooth and positive environment experience. You will work closely with internal teams, playing a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will represent the face of our company and contribute to its success.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in understanding products and services, including answering questions about pricing, features, and availability.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery or service fulfillment.
Provide regular updates to the management team on customer feedback and concerns.
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in WhatsApp.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on multiple platforms.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Guidance and Counseling, Communication or a related field (minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
High level of empathy, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a customer‑focused attitude.
Basic proficiency in English, with skills in writing and speaking relevant to a professional work environment.
Positive attitude, friendly personality, and comfortable interacting with both parents and children.
