Admin accounting & tax staff

Accounting & Tax Administration (Part-Time / Full-Time) Location: Bali (Hybrid / Flexible)

We are a growing property and hospitality group in Bali, managing long-term rental villas under Kawa Haus and ongoing developments under PT Kawa Membangun Indah.

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Admin to work closely with the owner and support both entities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clarity, order, and accountability, and who takes pride in keeping financial systems clean, compliant, and well-structured.

Key Responsibilities

Input and maintain accurate financial records in Accurate Online

Track all incoming and outgoing funds across multiple entities

Reconcile bank transactions and ensure clean monthly records

Assist in preparing financial summaries and simple management reports

Monitor and support tax obligations (PPN, PPh, BPJS, annual reporting, etc.)

Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting and taxation regulations

Act as a trusted point of reference for accounting-related questions and advice

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling financial data

Requirements

Background in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (formal education or strong experience)

Familiar with Accurate Online (or fast learner with similar systems)

Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation and compliance

Detail-oriented, structured, and well-organized

Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive financial information

Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with the owner

Open to part-time or full-time arrangement
