Job Description
The Lead, PS Centre is responsible for establishing, leading, and scaling ISCA & Professional Alliance Partners’ Professional Services Centres (PSCs) in
Jakarta (Indonesia).
Working closely with the Country Manager, this role drives business results by building strong relationships with companies, positioning the Professional Services Centre as a trusted partner, and facilitating meaningful business connections through structured business matching and networking activities
The successful candidate will act as the
primary business anchor in-market , driving:
Corporate member value creation
High-quality inbound and outbound business leads to Singapore/International business
Strategic engagement outcomes aligned with Enterprise Singapore / The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) commitments
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Market Leadership
Act as the in-market lead and senior representative for ISCA and Professional Alliance Partners
Develop and execute PS Centre growth plan (programme calendar, partner activation, corporate engagement plan, matching pipeline)
Identify priority sectors, corporates, and professional service partners relevant to Singapore businesses
Build strong relationships with corporates, professional firms, trade bodies, and relevant agencies
Thought Leadership & Corporate Engagement
Design and deliver high-impact business programmes (e.g. CEO/CFO roundtables, industry forums, cross-border workshops)
Curate market-relevant content on regulatory, governance, and business transformation topics
Engage senior executives and convert engagement outcomes into tangible business leads
Business Matching & Lead Development
Facilitate structured business matching between in-market corporates, Singapore companies, and professional firms
Qualify, track, and convert leads in close coordination with ISCA HQ and Singapore stakeholders
Networking & Relationship Building
Conceptualise and host curated, outcome-driven networking initiatives
Leverage social platforms to deepen relationships and support lead generation objectives
Centre Management & Reporting
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Professional Services Centre, including vendors and partners
Ensure brand, quality, governance standards, and effective tracking of budgets, KPIs, and outcomes
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate engagement, professional services, or international market expansion.
Proven experience working with senior executives (C-suite, Board, regional leadership).
Experience working in
Indonesia, with a good understanding of local market dynamics and business practices is highly preferred.
Proven track record in building business partnerships and converting engagement outcomes into tangible business opportunities.
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities, prioritise sectors, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong relationship-building skills with corporates, professional firms, trade bodies, and ecosystem partners.
Self-driven and able to operate independently in-market, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Proficiency in English and local language.
