Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role, preferably in EMR or construction projects, document controller of FTTH

Familiar with project documentation processes (design submission, as-built documents, acceptance files, billing support).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and document organization skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage, organize, and control all project-related documents, including contracts, PO, drawings, reports, and acceptance files.

Ensure proper document version control, naming conventions, and filing in accordance with project and customer requirements.

Support project teams in preparing and compiling documents for submission, acceptance, and billing.

Track document submission status, approval progress, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to collect required documents and records.

Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers to ensure document completeness and traceability.

Assist in audit preparation and customer inspections related to documentation.
