Training Need Analysis (TNA) OperasionalMelakukan observasi langsung ke outlet untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan barista dan kitchen berdasarkan kondisi lapangan.
Mengumpulkan masukan dari Store Manager, Area Manager, dan tim operasional terkait gap kompetensi.
Koordinasi & Program Development
Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional dan related function untuk menyusun program pelatihan sesuai bisnis proses (SOP kitchen, beverage preparation, service flow).
Mengembangkan materi pelatihan mencakup:
Product knowledge (menu kopi, minuman, dan makanan)
SOP preparation & quality standard
Food safety & hygiene
Soft skill (teamwork, komunikasi, service mindset)
Learning Assessment & Evaluation
Melakukan analisa learning status karyawan (new joiner maupun existing staff).
Melakukan evaluasi hasil training melalui assessment, praktik langsung, dan monitoring implementasi di outlet.
Business Impact Measurement
Memastikan program pelatihan berdampak pada:
Konsistensi rasa dan kualitas produk
Kecepatan pelayanan
Efisiensi operasional kitchen & bar
Peningkatan customer satisfaction
Mengukur efektivitas training melalui KPI operasional.
Monitoring & Reporting
Membuat laporan kebutuhan pelatihan serta progress report secara rutin (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semester, dan annual).
Memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan lanjutan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi.
