Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed To make confirmation of delivery order to customer regarding to available products and production schedule. Control and ensure all delivery are realized in accordance with the shipping instruction, especially export container schedule. Plan the material purchase and control the material incoming accordance with the customer demand and requirement

Requirements Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer from Manufacturing Company ,Purchasing Agent or similar role Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) Understanding of supply chain procedures Negotiation skills Experience work with Navision System/SAP/Oracle or another System
