Jakarta, Indonesia , and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving nickel ore trading activities across the region.

The role focuses on sourcing nickel ore supply, developing relationships with miners and smelters, negotiating commercial transactions, and executing end-to-end trading operations. The candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, managing price risks, and expanding the Group’s nickel trading business.

Key Responsibilities

Source nickel ore supply from mining companies and IUP holders in Indonesia.

Develop and maintain relationships with miners, smelters, traders, and industrial buyers.

Negotiate purchase and sales contracts for nickel ore and related products.

Monitor nickel market price movements and analyze supply-demand trends.

Structure and execute trading transactions from sourcing to delivery.

Coordinate logistics, shipping schedules, and supply chain execution.

Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal risk management policies.

Prepare market intelligence reports and trading analysis for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mining, Metallurgy, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in nickel ore trading or nickel supply chain.

Strong knowledge of nickel ore market dynamics and pricing mechanisms.

Proven negotiation and contract execution experience in commodity trading.

Established industry network within the nickel mining sector, including IUP holders.

Strong analytical skills to identify commercial opportunities.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to be stationed in

Jakarta, Indonesia .
