Digital Marketing Staff

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

Strong hands-on experience Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads

Proven ability to maintain and improve ROAS and campaign performance

Strong understanding of budget planning, allocation, and optimization

Good ad copywriting skills for performance-driven campaigns

Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Experience working with cross‑functional teams; fashion, sports, or lifestyle industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Marketplace Ads

Monitor ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance on a daily and monthly basis

Plan and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficiency and scalability

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for conversion, traffic, and sales

Create and adjust ad copy based on audience insights, funnel stages, and platform best practices

Collaborate with creative, brand, and design teams for advertising key visuals (KV)

Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide optimization recommendations
