Responsibilities: Shipping & Delivery Coordination Plan and coordinate daily/weekly deliveries, including JIT (Just‑In‑Time) customer shipments. Coordinate shipment schedules between Batam, Zhongshan, Singapore, and Malaysia. Optimize loading plans to maximize load efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Consolidate multiple delivery requests for the same customer to save shipping time and cost. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and verify complete shipping documents (packing list, invoice, customs permit, etc.). Work closely with freight forwarders on export permit applications and return permits. Ensure all incoming shipments have complete documentation and arrival is tracked accurately. Maintain organized digital archives of shipping documents (DO/POD, soft copies, etc.). System Transactions Perform regular system activities (receiving, billing, delivery processing). Handle non‑regular transactions such as RMA returns and miscellaneous system entries. Tracking & Follow‑Up Monitor vessel and shipment movement to ensure timely arrival. Communicate proactively with customers, internal teams, and agents regarding delivery status. Follow up return shipments, return DO/POD, and required approvals. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work with production, warehouse, and planning teams to validate shipment readiness. Coordinate with international teams for intercompany raw material shipments via Singapore. Support additional logistics tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience

in shipping, logistics, or related roles. Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP preferred). Able to communicate in English (spoken & written). Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work under tight timelines. Willing to travel occasionally when required.
