Graphic Designer

About the role PMG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Bali. As a full‑time Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing designs that support the marketing and branding initiatives of our prestigious hotel portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visuals for various print and digital media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials

Utilising your strong design skills to create compelling layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets

Ensuring design projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the visual identity of our brand

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster a collaborative and learning‑focused team environment

What we're looking for

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software

Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Familiarity with design principles, trends, and best practices in the hospitality and tourism industry
