The Learning and Development Specialist plays a key role in creating and executing training programs while fostering a positive employee culture and engagement as the company grows. This role requires a thoughtful, detail-oriented team player who demonstrates

in adapting learning solutions to evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will help build and implement a scalable and efficient Learning & Development structure that reflects these core values.
What Youโll Do (Responsibilities)
Coordinate and track all L&D-sponsored training programs with honest and transparent reporting.
Assist in assessing training needs that align with business objectives through empathetic listening and understanding of employee challenges.
Assist in creating and rolling out training materials that are clear, engaging, and value-driven.
Maintain the Learning Management System, including updates, content upkeep, data analysis, and administration, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all information.
Lead live training sessions (virtual and in-person) while fostering an empathetic and supportive learning environment.
Analyze metrics and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations, demonstrating agility in improving and adjusting programs as needed.
Communicate professionally and transparently with stakeholders at multiple levels of the business.
Collaborate closely with the People Strategy & Development Manager and other team members, showing empathy, honesty, and agility in teamwork.
What Capabilities Youโll Need (Requirements)
Bachelorโs degree in a related field.
1+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, performance management, or content development.
Experience with LMS and other L&D tools.
Strong written, verbal, visual, and public speaking skills grounded in honest communication and empathetic delivery.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Selfโdirected, able to work independently, and capable of managing timelines effectively with agility in a dynamic environment.
Preferred experience in a startup or a proven track record of flexibility and adaptability in fastโchanging workplaces, an essential aspect of Agility.
