Responsibilities

Supervise jerry can blowing activities to meet production targets.

Ensure optimal machine operation based on plan and schedule production.

Monitor raw material usage and inventory levels.

Plan and schedule production based on requirements.

Ensure jerry cans meet quality specifications (e.g. leakage resistance and stackability).

Implement corrective actions for any quality issues or defects.

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot operational issues.

Strong understanding of blow molding processes, machinery and material (e.g. PE, PP, HDPE).

Familiar with TPM and RCA concept.

Ability to set and adjust machine parameters and handle material composition / formula (both pure & recycle materials).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years experience in blow molding / jerry can blowing, specifically 20/25L.

Experience in FMCG, edible oil, or palm oil refinery operations is an advantage.

Leadership and supervisory skills.
