Fund Creation Specialist

Job Descriptions: Lead the setup and launch of new investment funds, including structuring and negotiating key agreements (e.g., Term Sheets, LPAs). Drive fundraising by leveraging networks of institutional investors, family offices, and corporate partners, managing the process from outreach to closing. Act as the main liaison between leadership, investors, and legal teams to ensure smooth fund formation and compliance with governance standards. Develop strategies to integrate portfolio companies into the ecosystem (e.g., Sinar Mas Land/BSD City) to create strategic value for investors. Build and maintain operational and governance processes for new funds, ensuring alignment with internal policies while staying flexible. Monitor and report on capital flows (commitments, investments, distributions) to ensure transparency and alignment with investors. Oversee reporting on collaboration outcomes between investors and portfolio companies.

Job Qualifications: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or Business or related fields. Min. 5 years of proven experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Fund Placement. Must possess an active and verifiable network of Limited Partners and strategic investors. Deep understanding of Series A–C legal and financial structures. Deep institutional fluency in the Southeast Asian startup landscape and a sophisticated understanding of corporate investment culture and governance expectations. Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
