Accounting Lead

Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes Prepare and review financial reports Ensure all accounting records comply with accounting standards and company policy Oversee daily accounting activities Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations Improve accounting processes and internal controls Lead, review, and support the accounting team’s work Work closely with Finance and other departments to support business needs

Requirements

Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Ability to meet deadlines under pressure Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
