Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy & GTM Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies tailored to SEA and EA markets.
Localize global product concepts and create regional value propositions.
Identify growth pockets, channel opportunities, and category trends.
Growth Acceleration & Demand Generation
Design customer-journey-based marketing funnels across channels.
Drive sustainable growth in awareness, trial, conversion, and loyalty.
Cross-Channel Marketing Execution
Develop integrated marketing plans across retail, e-commerce, digital, and trade marketing.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, tracking, and optimization.
Market & Consumer Insights
Gather and translate consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies.
Evaluate pricing, competitive landscape, and channel performance.
Regional Business Development Support
Partner with commercial teams for customer acquisition and channel expansion.
Build business cases for new opportunities.
Hands-On Leadership
Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and build processes in early-stage markets.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Global Marketing.
Product & Portfolio Management
Support global teams in regional NPD prioritization and feasibility.
Adapt packaging, claims, pricing, and positioning to local needs.
Trade Marketing & Channel Activation
Develop trade marketing programs to support distributor performance.
Lead category development initiatives with key channel partners.
The Successful Applicant
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in marketing roles within SEA or EA.
Proven Go-to-Market success in fast-moving categories.
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, private label & branded.
Cross-channel marketing experience (retail, digital, e-commerce).
Fluent in English.
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA).
Certifications in digital marketing, brand strategy, or insights.
Experience in food, FMCG, or seafood.
Experience in matrix/global organizations.
Additional Asian language(s).
