Financial Business Partner Associate Manager

Financial Business Partner Associate Manager Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and translate them into financial strategies.

Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.

Monitor financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.

Support annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.

Evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and new initiatives, including ROI and cost–benefit analysis.

Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation plans and efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR) to influence financial outcomes.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company financial policies.

Support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and profitability analysis by channel, category, or customer.

Assist in financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.

Act as finance representative in management meetings and project discussions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or similar industries.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Proficient in Excel and financial systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Business-minded, proactive, and able to challenge assumptions with data-driven reasoning.
