1. Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.

2. Pack the goods properly for shipping including printing labels, and coordinate the cargo delivery processes with logistic or courier parties.

3. Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.**Qualification*** Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Logistics, Management, Business Administration, or Customs & Export–Import.* 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, import, logistics, or freight forwarding (fresh graduates may apply if skills are met).* Understanding of import handling processes (PIB, COO, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Invoice, and related documents).* Good knowledge of warehouse import operations (inbound–storage–outbound).* Basic understanding of customs procedures is a plus.* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.* Experience with WMS systems is an advantage.* Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, customers, customs officers, trucking, etc.).**Join us and help create the future of logistics!****Samudera** is a pioneer in Indonesia’s shipping industry, providing integrated shipping, ports & logistics services with its vast network throughout the archipelago.
