Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Staff member located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with the team to devise strategies for business growth. The successful candidate will also build and maintain relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and analyze business opportunities to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Analytical Skills to assess market trends and business performance
Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members effectively
Customer Service orientation to build and maintain positive client relationships
Team collaboration skills and a proactive attitude
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
Familiarity with the trading or financial education industry is a plus
