BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming group seeking to expand their team with a senior Global Affiliate Director.

(Remote based from Europe with travel expected)

A large and highly profitable (with a significant revenue base) international online casino & sportsbook group is seeking a world-class Affiliate Director to lead and significantly scale its global affiliate channel.

This is a senior revenue leadership role within a large, operational business — not a start-up build. The affiliate program is already substantial; the mandate is optimisation, expansion and disciplined scaling.

KEY FOCUS AREAS Lead and scale an established global affiliate program Optimise existing RevShare, CPA and Hybrid structures Acquire and strengthen relationships with top-tier affiliates Reduce revenue concentration risk Improve player quality and long-term LTV Build and develop a high-performance affiliate team Drive disciplined, profitable growth

REQUIREMENTS 10+ years affiliate leadership experience in online casino & sportsbook Proven track record managing large RevShare books (€50m+ annual NGR exposure) Strong commercial negotiation capability Deep understanding of grey / unregulated environments Data-driven with strong cohort and LTV analysis ability Experienced leading affiliate teams in multi-jurisdiction operations Comfortable operating within a structured, high-revenue organisation
