We're Hiring: IT Manager!
On behalf of our client, a subsidiary of a state‑owned construction and infrastructure company in Indonesia, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology initiatives and manage an IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of IT infrastructure, project management, and strategic planning to drive technological advancements and support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the IT Strategy, IT Architecture, and IT Roadmap.
Manage application development and system integration (SAP, internal applications such as Odoo, internal platforms).
Ensure availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure and operational services.
Implement IT Service Management (SLA, incident, problem, and change management).
Develop and oversee the IT Security Plan, information security risk mitigation, and cyber resilience.
Ensure IT compliance with standards and regulations (ISO 27001, internal/external audits, company policies).
Manage data and technology governance (data quality, access, security, metadata).
Lead the measurement and improvement of IT Maturity (COBIT, ITIL, ISO).
Develop, test, and manage the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC).
Manage IT vendors and procurement of hardware/software.
Manage IT budgeting, cost optimization, and evaluation of ROI for IT projects.
Lead the IT project portfolio and implementation risk mitigation.
Develop the competencies, productivity, and synergy of the IT team.
General Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems.
5–10 years of experience in IT; at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of IT architecture, networking, cybersecurity, application development, and data governance.
Experienced in IT Security, Governance, IT Service Management, compliance, risk management, and DRP/DRC.
Able to lead teams, communicate effectively, and make data‑driven decisions.
Additional Advantages
Certifications: ITIL, COBIT, CISM, CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, ISO 27001 LA/LI.
Experience with ERP implementation (SAP), cloud computing, automation, data analytics (Power BI), or digital transformation.
Experience in the construction/infrastructure industry.
Experience handling problematic system transformation projects.
Experience in AI, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
