General Manager Sales & Marketing (Puri Indah) Pondok Indah Group , is one of Indonesia's leading real estate development companies and is now developing luxury residential projects (landed, townhouses and condominiums) in Jakarta's most prominent areas in West and South Jakarta.

Beside residential, the group also owns and operates recurring revenue properties such as Hotel Intercontinental Pondok Indah, Pondok Indah Office Towers, Pondok Indah Golf Apartment, Pondok Indah Mall and Puri Indah Mall. The Group needs talented, highly motivated and experienced professionals, especially in marketing communication and sales within the Real Estate / Property business background.

Requirements:

35‑45 years old

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, architecture, or civil engineering

Strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the Property / Real Estate industry

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales / marketing of luxury residential (preferably condominiums)

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial leasing (apartments, retail, land, office)

Additional experience in commercial properties such as shopping centers or office leasing is an advantage

Familiarity with the real‑estate market in

West Jakarta / Puri Indah

is preferable

Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing activities

Product planning, especially for new products

Lead new product launches

Budgeting

Evaluate marketing activities

Prepare sales prospect reports and customer metrics

Report to the Marketing Director

Collaborate with multiple divisions: Technical, Finance, and Legal
