About The Role We’re looking for a passionate

SDET / Quality Engineer

to ensure end-to-end quality, reliability, and performance of digital products across the telco value chain.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who want to grow strong automation and engineering skills in a high‑scale environment.

What You Will Do

Define test strategy and enforce quality gates

Review requirements for testability and risk

Design and execute functional & non‑functional test cases

Build and maintain automated test suites (Web, API, Mobile, Integration)

Execute SIT & end‑to‑end testing across platforms

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines

Manage defects and support root cause analysis

Validate release readiness and support go‑live stabilization

Monitor quality and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / Mathematics

0–2 years experience (Fresh Graduates welcome)

GPA ≥ 3.25 / 4.00

Strong programming foundation (Java / Python / JavaScript)

Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices

Strong analytical and debugging skills
