Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree at any major. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is a plus. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Luxury Brand or any related field is required for this position. Primary Responsibilities:

Manage daily boutique operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service ·

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth ·

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets ·

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients ·

Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and product displays ·

Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create engaging in-store experiences ·

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends ·

Ensure compliance with company standards and policies, including security and loss prevention ·
