Senior Recovery & Client Support Officer – Southeast Asia (Based in Indonesia)

Job Description Work with corporate customers across Indonesia, the Philippines, and other countries to resolve overdue commercial debts. Drive high‑level negotiations, establish repayment arrangements, and maintain professional communication with buyers to ensure positive outcomes. Manage complex cases, including direct follow‑ups with buyers, customers, internal colleagues and coordination with third‑party agencies, legal representatives, and administrators/receivers. Provide strong client support by handling customer enquiries and delivering clear, timely updates on case progress. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using internal systems, ensuring data quality and compliance. Resolve outstanding accounts promptly through proactive case management. Support the team on day-to-day operations and assist with administrative tasks across the Indonesia office.

Required qualifications: At least 5 to 8 years’ experience from business, finance, or related fields Good communication skills and a team player Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable using digital tools and systems Indonesian only
