Role Overview: Join our growing team as an Industrial Solutions Junior Sales Hunter, where you'll drive revenue growth by proactively connecting with businesses in key sectors. This is a high-impact, phone and in person role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to and engage potential customers through outbound calls, while confidently handling inbound inquiries. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to grow our client portfolio. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone and regular face-to-face meetings. Present our specialized products and services persuasively and professionally, tailoring solutions to client needs. Conduct in-person face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients at their locations or ours as needed to advance deals and close sales. Persistently follow up through the full sales cycle until deals are successfully closed. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Experience & Qualifications: Prior B2B sales experience in mining, oil & gas, agriculture, water treatment, or similar heavy industries is highly preferred (but not required—we provide solid training for the right fit). Fluent in spoken and written English. Minimum high school education; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a strong advantage. At least 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive or similar outbound sales role. Very comfortable and confident making and receiving high volumes of phone calls daily. Outgoing, highly communicative, persuasive, and energetic personality. Target-driven, resilient, persistent, and hard-working with a strong hunter mentality. Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting. Sharp eye for spotting market opportunities and turning them into closed deals. Must be based in Jakarta and have the ability to drive (with access to personal/transport vehicle) for regular face-to-face client meetings and site visits across the Greater Jakarta area.
