Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
Designs a comprehensive training plan.
Scheduling and delivery of training programs and evaluates the effectiveness of the program.
Ensuring that organizations are well-prepared for future leadership transitions, and identifying and nurturing potential leaders within the organization.
Leveraging performance management and advanced HR analytics to gain a holistic view of employee performance.
Managing an employee database.
