About Our Client Our client is an established fashion retail group looking for Retail Manager that will be responsible in driving the performance of multiple stores across Indonesia while leading the operational improvement of the stores and supporting the expansion phase of the business

Job Description

Overseeing the performance and operations of multiple retail stores in the assigned location.

Ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded across all stores.

Implementing company policies and procedures effectively.

Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock availability.

Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborating with the marketing and supply chain teams to enhance store performance.

The Successful Applicant

At least

10 years of proven experience in area store/retail management ,

within fashion retail industry preferably handling global brands.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.

Ability to analyse data and implement strategic solutions.

Flexibility to travel between store locations in the assigned area.
