Location: Bintan, Indonesia Direct Manager: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities: 5 Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations in accordance with company pricing policies. Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM to reflect real-time opportunity status. Coordinate with sales and technical teams to create proposals that meet customer requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations to improve closure rates. Generate and share periodic reports on quotations, pipeline status, and sales forecasts. Support tender documentation, technical clarifications, and client presentations. Ensure all submissions comply with internal approval processes and pricing structures.

Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field

OR 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Coordination, or a similar role (preferably in related industries such as healthcare, pharma, or equipment). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective communication and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, monitor, and report data. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Reddot, Salesforce, Zoho). Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Willing to work on-site in Bintan, Kep. Riau.
