The work focuses on automating high value workflows using agent based architectures, extraction first pipelines, and a mix of large and small language models. Accuracy, explainability, and robustness matter.

The role Conquer AI is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our senior delivery team. This is a hands on role building AI powered systems that are already live or heading into production. This is not a research role and not prompt only work. You will own systems end to end and work closely with real users.

What you will do Build agentic AI systems for complex workflows Design extraction first pipelines for accuracy and traceability Work with LLMs and SLMs in production settings Build orchestration layers across agents and services Integrate with existing data and document platforms Design for human review, confidence scoring, and auditability Ship production ready software

What we are looking for Senior level software engineering experience Hands on experience with agent based systems Practical experience with LLMs and SLMs Strong backend engineering skills Good engineering judgement and ownership mindset Experience in regulated environments is a plus, not a requirement.
