Supervisor Tax Dispute Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor Tax Dispute Consultant to join our dynamic team at SF Consulting in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Supervisor Tax Dispute Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic tax advisory services to our diverse client base. What you’ll be doing

Provide expert tax dispute resolution services to clients, including representation in tax audits, objections, and appeals

Conduct in-depth analysis of complex tax matters and develop innovative solutions to mitigate tax risks and optimize client outcomes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax advisory services

Mentor and train team members (Junior & Senior Tax Consultants), sharing your expertise and guiding their professional development

Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide clients with best advice

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the tax practice by participating in business development activities and thought leadership initiatives

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a tax dispute resolution or tax advisory role, preferably within a reputable consulting firm

Thorough understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and dispute resolution processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax issues and identify optimal solutions

Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner

Proven track record of successfully representing clients in tax audits, objections, and appeals

Proficient in the use of tax software and data analysis tools

Certification in tax (e.g., Brevet AB, USKP A) is highly desirable
