This role works closely with retail, creative, and commercial teams to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support impactful brand activations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years experience in marketing (experience in retail-fragrance, beauty, or FMCG is a strong advantage).

Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

Knowing how to budge and strategic into marketing projects.

Creative thinker with strong aesthetic sense (fragrance or beauty industry preferred).

Strong understanding of retail marketing & consumer behavior.

Familiar with digital marketing platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, etc.).

Good analytical skills and able to interpret campaign data.

Fluent English (both spoken and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint required).
