ENGINEER FOR INDUSTRIAL PRINTER

Job Overview To support the service partner as technical advisor for product of priority Color Label, Printer, and additional optional Visual Instrument with following task:

Responsibilities

Technical problem solving

Plan and conduct training & workshop

Monitoring product quality issue in market, include the escalating to RHQ

Providing the spare part recommendation during repair to service partner

Approval process about spare part request from service partner

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from electro, Information Technology with relevant major

Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant product Color Label, Printer product, and Visual Instrument preferred)

Strong understanding of industrial printing technology and related hardware/software.

Basic knowledge of networking and connectivity for printing systems.

Basic knowledge of Projector (Visual Instrument)

General Requirements

Excellent knowledge of English

Pleasant interpersonal skill, excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong team players, independent, able to work under pressure to achieve goal

A strong sense of ethics and integrity in aligning with laws and regulations
