Assistant for Branch Manager Central Java (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

Act as an interpreter during meetings between local staff, Dealers, Customers and Chinese management Assist internal staff with Mandarin translations in daily work. Translate documents (Indonesian ⇆ Mandarin) accurately and efficiently. Provide translation support during site visits and project surveys. Ensure smooth communication between local and Chinese stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin and english . Experience as translator/interpreter is an advantage. Willing to support both office and site/project activities. Strong organizational and time management abilities, Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude
