Join Valuement in Milano to drive double-digit cost savings by optimizing indirect spend and Source-to-Pay processes for leading companies. You will turn complex data into actionable strategies, run high-impact sourcing projects, and streamline purchasing workflows. This is a hands-on, results-focused role for a professional ready to deliver measurable financial impact from day one.
Your mission
1.
Spend Intelligence & Analytics
Mine multi-million-euro indirect-spend data (IT, marketing, facilities, HR services, travel, etc.).
Build dynamic dashboards that reveal saving opportunities and off-contract leakage.
Classify suppliers & categories, set KPIs, and prepare board-ready sourcing packs.
2.
Strategic Sourcing Execution
Run sourcing events and renegotiations to cut costs.
Reduce supplier count and set up framework agreements or e-catalogues.
3.
Process Excellence (P2P)
Map the PR-to-payment cycle, cut cycle times, and push PO compliance.
Partner with Finance to slash invoice errors and automate 3-way matching.
Drive e-procurement/ERP enhancements (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer).
4.
Stakeholder Enablement
Translate business needs into procurement strategies for non-procurement colleagues.
Create training material and run workshops that boost policy adoption.
Present savings road-maps to C-level executives.
5.
Impact Tracking
Track savings delivered, spend-under-management, supplier duplication, and compliance.
Feed lessons learned into the next wave of cost-reduction initiatives.
Your Profile
Experience
3–5 years in procurement, management consulting, advisory, or controlling.
Proven cost-optimization or sourcing projects experience.
Source-to-Pay experience.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Excel
(pivots, lookups, data modelling).
Business-case & financial analysis creation capability.
Working knowledge of ERP or e-procurement suites (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, etc.).
Supplier-management & RFx documentation expertise.
Proficiency in English.
Soft Skills
Analytical, structured, and hands-on.
Comfortable juggling multiple work-streams.
Clear communicator with non-technical stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset.
Education
Master degree in Economics, Engineering (management) or related fields.
