Recruitment Officer (Placement: Bandung)

Recruitment & Assessment Junior Supervisor Recruitment Officer will responsible in fulfilling Man Power based on competencies required, by conducting branding activities to attract candidates, conducting psychological testing and interview, negotiating benefits, and conducting on boarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree from Psychology

Have working experience as Recruitment Officer minimum 3 years

Have excellent knowledge about psychological testing, scoring, and making resume based on testing result

Excellent in conducting behavior based interview

Have good communication skill to various stake holder from different job level

Self motivated, agile, good in working as individual and great in team work

Willing to be located in Bandung & traveling to working area around West Java
