HR-IR Supervisor

Job Title KEPALA BAGIAN HR LEGAL

Responsibilities

Supervise and implement industrial relations policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and labor laws.

Represent the company in labor dispute resolution processes (bipartite, mediation, or government facilitation).

Coordinate with Manpower Office, BPJS, and other government institutions regarding labor matters.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and other relevant regulations.

Prepare and monitor manpower reports (SIINAS, mandatory reporting, etc.).

Assist in drafting and updating Company Regulations (PP) or Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).

Provide guidance to management regarding labor law implications and risk mitigation.

Support internal investigations related to employee misconduct or violations.

Analyze labor-related risks and provide preventive recommendations.

Conduct socialization sessions related to labor regulations and company.

Competency Education Bachelor’s Degree (Law, HRM, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related)

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, PKB, and dispute resolution.

Experience with bipartite negotiations and union relations.

Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation skills.

Able to interface with government agencies and legal entities.

Risk assessment and strategic problem-solving.

Leadership and coaching skills.
