Operation Controller

Responsibilities Review significant Business Process and improve/implement control to address the identified risk, missing procedures or streamline the process and promote automation.

Review and analyze cost regularly on Branch Level and propose continuous improvement steps.

Monitor the implementation of policies and procedures.

Follow up Operation Audit Findings and completion progress.

Sharing to Operation about prevent fraud & Optimum Control based on Operation Audit Findings.

Coach and Training the branch team to improve understanding of policies and procedures.

Support any projects and analysis.

Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations within region.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Management/Business/Logistic.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong knowledge of distribution business processes and flow.

Strong & Proficiency with computer programs (SAP, Office 365).

Strong analytical thinking, problem solver, action oriented, self-motivated, independent, eager to know personality.
