Role Description This is a

role for a Cost & Revenue Controller based in

Cengkareng, West Jakarta . The role involves to serve as the primary guardian of the company’s financial data integrity. This role is responsible for the end-to-end data reconciliation of the procurement-to-payment and order-to-cash cycles, ensuring that every Rupiah spent on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and every Rupiah earned in Revenue is accurately tracked, audited, and reconciled across all systems.

Key Responsibilities Cross-Platform Reconciliation: Conduct daily \"Three-Way Matches\" between the PR Master (GSheet), Purchasing Orders (OMS), and Warehouse Receipts (WMS) to ensure 100% data alignment. Inventory Data Governance: Serve as the final gatekeeper for SKU and Price accuracy; identifying and correcting \"Dirty Data\" (mismatched SKUs, incorrect units of measure, or duplicate entries) before they hit the financial reports. Revenue & COGS Auditing: Audit the flow from \"Inbound Cost\" to \"Sales Revenue\" to ensure that COGS reflects all landed costs and that every inventory outflow is matched to a recorded sale. Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve the connection between GSheet and WMS/OMS exports to reduce the time spent on manual data cleaning and maximize time spent on analysis. Reporting & Margin Protection: Prepare weekly Gross Profit and Variance reports, alerting management immediately if procurement costs are eroding the target margins. Variance Investigation: Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies such as: Under-received: Goods ordered but not received in WMS. Over-billed: Price differences between the agreed PR and the final OMS invoice. Ghost Inbounds: Goods appearing in WMS without a corresponding PR/PO.

Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting, preferably in retail or e-commerce industry. 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, nested formulas) and able to work independently without assistance. 4. Proficient in ERP, WMS, and accounting software (Accurate is preferred). 5. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian taxation. 6. Experience handling inventory accounting, COGS calculation, and stock reconciliation is preferred. 7. Experience handling e-commerce / marketplace transactions, including reconciliation of sales, fees, and payouts. 8. Experience in monthly closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. 9. Familiar with Indonesian tax reporting (PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, SPT) is a plus. 10. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 11. Able to work with large volume data in a fast-paced environment. 12. Good communication skills and able to work independently and collaboratively. 13. High integrity and strong ethics in handling confidential financial information. 14. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. 15. Ability to improve accounting processes and internal controls is a plus.
