What you can expect as Cost Controlling Staff

Cost & Inventory Control

AP Direct/Material (IC & 3rd Party)

Recorded (MIRO/VIM), Landed Cost monitoring, AP Confirmation, Payment Preparation, & PO review & Reconciliation.

Manufacturing: Monitoring day by day the PO Posting/variances, Error on Posting, End month closing.

Inventory: Stock Take All area including inhouse & consignment, Adjustment monitoring & WMS Error Checking.

Costing & Master Data: Manual Costing, Error Costing, Master data Review (Related to Inventory posting).

Reporting & Others ad hoc queries/support: Purchase Report, YL Report, Bio Ethanol Report, Inventory related.

Qualifications

College/ University degree in Accounting

3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing area and SAP Related Cost & Inventory Control.

Microsoft Excel Skill

Good Communication Skill

Detail Oriented.
