Who We're Looking For? Preferably has 1+ years of experience in chemical store in warehsouse based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry Fluent in English, A strong believer in the power of winning together, Excited about being part of a dream, Strong understanding of packing, and finish goods product, Good communication and coordination skills with logistics partners. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Able to use MS Office Programs actively, Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera

What You'll Be Doing? Chemical Store Keeper

is responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and issuing chemical raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory, proper labeling, safe handling, and compliance with HSE and company procedures

Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store

chemical raw materials and finished goods

in accordance with safety standards and storage procedures. Ensure proper

labeling, segregation, and storage

of chemicals based on MSDS and hazard classification. Control and record

inventory movement

(incoming, outgoing, stock balance) accurately in the system. Issue materials to production based on approved requests and FIFO/FEFO principles. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with

HSE and GMP

requirements. Conduct regular

stock opname

and report discrepancies or damages. Handle chemical materials safely, including

drum, IBC, bag, and bulk handling . Coordinate with Production, QC, and Logistics regarding material availability and condition. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with

company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations
