Requirements
Bring solid, proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager, Business Manager or in a similar strategic commercial role.
Natural leader who brings structure, energy and direction to your team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that make people feel heard, understood and motivated.
Possess a strong grasp of diverse business operations and decisions are backed by sound strategy and insight.
Highly proficient in MS Office, databases and information systems (tools that help you stay sharp and agile).
Understand research and data analysis, using insights to drive meaningful outcomes.
Hold a Bachelorโs degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. A Masterโs degree (MSc/MA) is a bonus.
Physically fit, and free from medical and can work effectively in dynamic environment.
