Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring standard product quality and presentation
Produce a wide range of bakery items including artisan breads, viennoiserie, and pastries
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
Lead, train, and motivate commis and demi chef within the bakery section
Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary team on menu development and special events
