Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects, from kickoff to completion.
Oversee project timelines, scope, expectations, and risk mitigation to ensure smooth execution.
Lead weekly status meetings and handle all project-related communication and approvals.
Coordinate internal execution teams by providing clear briefs, context, and requirements.
Review all deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality before sending to clients.
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports and highlight insights or next steps.
Identify potential risks, blockers, or client concerns early and resolve/escalate as needed.
Collaborate with the Sales/Account Executive team on account health and growth opportunities.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the entire service lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management within a digital agency or services environment.
Strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and de-escalate issues.
Proven experience overseeing digital projects (SEO, web development, creative projects, or tech implementation).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and project streams simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
