Financial Controller - Oakwood Slipi Jakarta (Pre-Opening)

The Ascott Limited - Ascott Indonesia is expanding its portfolio with the upcoming opening of the prestigious Oakwood Slipi Jakarta, and we invite experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our pre-opening team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a pre-opening team that will help shape the guest experience from the very beginning, setting the tone for timeless service and uncompromising quality. ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and business unit level.Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.Liaise with auditors to ensure proper accounting, statutory and fiscal standards are complied.Directs preparation of budgets and forecasts, reviews proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.Managing credit controlling and cash flow activities within the organizationAdvise and review tax requirements and tax filing reports for the company.Ensure timely submission of financial reports. QualificationsBachelor’s degree graduate in Finance/Accounting.Minimum 3 years in a similar role.Prior experience in hotel pre-opening is preferred.Must be fluent in English, both verbal & written (expatriate GM)Willing to be working on-site in Slipi, West Jakarta.
