Qualifications

Graduate in any major with minimum diploma & minimum GPA 2.75.

Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Experience in the same role minimum 6 month.

Willing to work in shifting schedule especially permanent night shift.

Handle quality of customer expert's works (email & live chat)

Cooperate with the implementation of project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote the achievement of KPI.

Highly sensitive to handle unexpected situations.

Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
