Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madiun for a District Manager at Home Credit Indonesia. The District Manager will oversee and manage the performance of multiple branches within the region, ensuring business growth and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales targets, managing teams, analyzing performance metrics, resolving operational challenges, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders within the district. The role requires a focus on team leadership, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction.
