Content Moderator

Accord Innovations . This role focuses on reviewing and moderating user‑generated content across our short‑video platform.

Responsibilities

Review and moderate text, images, videos, and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Remove any content that violates policies and maintain overall content safety.

Handle content violation reports and coordinate with supervisors for escalation.

Audit social media uploads for compliance and review legal notices related to copyright decisions.

May be exposed to sensitive or harmful content; follow established procedures for safe handling.

Working Hours & Shifts

24/7 rotating shift system with 5 working days per week and 2 days off (days off may not fall on weekends).

Monthly shift rotation across three types: morning, afternoon, overnight.

Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM WITA

Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM WITA

Overnight: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM WITA

Public holidays are paid double; night shift workers receive free meals.

Minimum Qualifications

Comfortable browsing social media feeds (advantage).

Able to handle sensitive or harmful content.

English communication at B2 level or higher, with strong verbal skills.

Previous content moderation or BPO experience is a plus.

Fresh graduates (minimum D3) are welcome and must be able to start immediately.

Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules including night shift.

Full‑time WFO in Denpasar, Bali.
