Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably with an additional background in Accounting, Management, or Economics)

5+ years of experience in corporate / investment legal matters

Fluent in legal terminology, proficient in drafting and analyzing contracts using legal, economic, and business language

Strong negotiation and legal drafting skills

Well‑versed in investment law dynamics, strategic, partnerships, and hospitality regulations
